On the 2^nd of November AS Oma Ehitaja and Kuusalu Vallavalitsus signed a contracting agreement to build a sports complex for Kuusalu Keskkool.

According to the project made by K&amp***M Projektibüroo OÜ, a Sports Complex consists of a 36×30 m gym, 24 m pool with 4 lines, aerobic rooms and also necessary service and secondary rooms for complex performance. Building closed net area is 3123 m² in all.

In addition Oma Ehitaja is obliged to get the furniture for the complex and organize project financing.

According to the contract the new sports Ccmplex will be ready in the beginning of 2009.

On 25th of September Tallinna Kaubamaja Kinnisvara AS and AS Oma Ehitaja signed a general contracting agreement to expand Pirita Selver.

According to suppose by Kalle Rõõmus Arhitektuuribüroo a two storey extension with additional net area of 3000 m² will be built for the existing hypermarket with net area of 2400 m².

On the first floor the sales area of foods section of the existing market will be substantially expanded. Different rent areas for banking facilities, beaty salon and a cafe with outdoor terrace will also be built. Selver market industrial goods section will be located on the 2nd floor of the extension.

According to the agreement the construction works will begin immediately and the reformed Pirita Selver will be opened for visitors in July 2008.

Oma Ehitaja has finished construction works in the Pärnu City Government new office building and has handed over the completed object to the client on July 1^st, 2007.

In July the office was first furnished and in the beginning of August all municipal departments that were formerly situated in different locations, were brought together in the new office.&nbsp***

The reconstruction has turned the former hospital-building into ca 4700 m² of modern office space.

Both design and construction works of this building as well as furniture purchases and project financing were all managed by AS Oma Ehitaja. The official opening of the new office building take place on September 5^th, 2007.

At the beginning of August 2007, AS Oma Ehitaja finished and handed over for equipment installation on schedule the construction of A-Selver Kitchen production building in Lasnamäe Industrial Park, Tallinn.

The new production building has ca 4200m² of modern production and office space where smaller kitchens, which until now were situated in different regions, will be incorporated.

The construction works began in January 2007. A-Selver Kitchen will start working in the new building in October 2007.

On May 17th&nbsp***SPA&nbsp***Estonia and Oma Ehitaja signed a general contracting agreement to build a pool and sauna complex for SPA&nbsp***Estonia in Pärnu. According to the project a 3 storey extension for the existing hotel complex will be built. The net area will be 2000m² and the extension will include a complex of different pools, saunas and hydrotherapy. The SPA Estonia will become more comfortable for customers offering a wider range of therapeutic treatment and holiday packages.

On the 9th of May, the newly renovated Kaubamajakas shopping centre was opened in Pärnu. The design works for the addition began at the beginning of 2006 and the facility was delivered on time at the beginning of May 2007. Kaubamajakas expanded 9 500m² and got 150 new parking spaces. The biggest shopping centre in West of Estonia has 21 000m² of space and parking spaces for 550 cars.

The expansion of the centre gave the investors a chance to enlarge the range of goods and bring in previously&nbsp***unknown brands.

AS Silikaat and AS Oma Ehitaja have signed a design-build contract to expand Järve keskus in Tallinn.

A two-storey extension for Selver, closed net area of 4000 m² and a one storey retail building, closed net area of 1400 m² will be built.

Because of the extension the retail space of Järve Keskus will be bigger and more spacious and modern areas for processing and storing goods will be created.

According to the agreement the construction works will begin in the near future and the extension will be completely finished in summer 2008.

On Friday, January 12th 2007, AS A-Selver and AS Oma Ehitaja signed a general contract for AS A-Selver Köögi production building in Tallinn. The new production building will have ca 4200 m² of modern production and office space. After it is finished all A-Selver kitchens will be gathered there. According to the contract the new building will be ready in August 2007.

AS Oma Ehitaja and Ülemiste City signed a construction agreement on reconstructing an 80m long factory building into an office building, which is located in the innovation town next to Tallinn Airport.

The reconstructed building will have&nbsp***a gallery street through 3 floors. On the first floor of the gallery street, there will be a restaurant complex which is planned as the centre of Ülemiste City, office spaces will be built on the II and III floor.

According to Gunnar Kobin,&nbsp***the CEO of Ülemiste City, the reconstructed building will become the heart of Ülemiste City. The house is located in the heart of the 1st development quarter, next to the park and pond which will be ready in the summer 2007, and it will be the most exquisite&nbsp***building in town.

According to Mr Kobin, the role of Ülemiste City in creating innovation is creating communication between people and through that, exchanging experiences and the best way to do that is through a restaurant complex which will serve the whole city.

The construction works will begin in January and are scheduled to be finished by the 1st of September 2007.

In November, AS Oma Ehitaja delivered a manufacturing complex in Harku county to VWF Kinnisvara. Several companies which belong to Frog Group will start working in the new and modern 4400m² production and office building. The production building is for processing leaf metal and manufacturing plastic containers, it also has a modern colouring line. The construction work began in March 2006.

Oma Ehitaja began construction works for two apartment buildings on Tallinn road, Aruküla in Harju county. Both buildings will have 15 2, 3 and 4 room apartments on three floors. All apartments will have large, well-lit balconies. The ground floor will have repository rooms for each apartment, ancilliary premises and social spaces. All apartments will have individual  parking spaces. The architectural design was made by Architectural Bureau Luhse &amp*** Tuhal.

The buildings will be built in two stages. The construction of the first building should be completed by spring 2007.

Oma Ehitaja is designing and constructing a new office building for Pärnu City Government. The building used to be a policlinic which belonged to Pärnu Hospital. According to the initial task, presented by Pärnu City Government, the former policlinic building will be reconstructed into  a modern office building for different departments of Pärnu City Government. The reconstructed building will have approximately 4670 m2 of office area and a parking trestle with 40 parking spaces.

On july 12th, with the decision of the single shareholder of Oma Ehitaja, the company’s share capital was increased. Increasing of the share capital is the first part of realising the agreements made when the company was started. The share capital was increased by 600&nbsp***000 kroons in face value.The whole investment, together with the premium par, is 900&nbsp***000 kroons. After increasing the share capital AS Oma Ehitaja’s share capital together with the premium par, is 9&nbsp***500&nbsp***000 kroons. In addition to the majority shareholder OÜ Oma Grupp, the company’s management board members were also included into the shareholders group.
