On 25th of September Tallinna Kaubamaja Kinnisvara AS and AS Oma Ehitaja signed a general contracting agreement to expand Pirita Selver.
According to suppose by Kalle Rõõmus Arhitektuuribüroo a two storey extension with additional net area of 3000 m2 will be built for the existing hypermarket with net area of 2400 m2.
On the first floor the sales area of foods section of the existing market will be substantially expanded. Different rent areas for banking facilities, beaty salon and a cafe with outdoor terrace will also be built. Selver market industrial goods section will be located on the 2nd floor of the extension.
According to the agreement the construction works will begin immediately and the reformed Pirita Selver will be opened for visitors in July 2008.
