On the 11th of October Oma Ehitaja and Premium Motors signed a contracting agreement to build a car centre / office building in Tallinn, on Vabaduse pst. According to project made by Raivo Puusepp OÜ architecture office, a 3-storey building with a net area of 2100 m2 will be constructed on the cross-road of Vabaduse pst. and Naaritsa street. On the first floor there will be a car salon and on the second and third floor there will be an office area. On the basement floor space is designed to accommodate a car service workshop.
Premium Motors handles American luxury car (such as Hummer, Porsche, Cadillac) distribution and sales in Estonia.
Car centre construction works will begin on November this year and the new car salon will be opened in September 2008.
