On the 2nd of November AS Oma Ehitaja and Kuusalu Vallavalitsus signed a contracting agreement to build a sports complex for Kuusalu Keskkool.
According to the project made by K&***M Projektibüroo OÜ, a Sports Complex consists of a 36×30 m gym, 24 m pool with 4 lines, aerobic rooms and also necessary service and secondary rooms for complex performance. Building closed net area is 3123 m2 in all.
In addition Oma Ehitaja is obliged to get the furniture for the complex and organize project financing.
According to the contract the new sports Ccmplex will be ready in the beginning of 2009.
