Oma Ehitaja began construction works for two apartment buildings on Tallinn road, Aruküla in Harju county. Both buildings will have 15 2, 3 and 4 room apartments on three floors. All apartments will have large, well-lit balconies. The ground floor will have repository rooms for each apartment, ancilliary premises and social spaces. All apartments will have individual parking spaces. The architectural design was made by Architectural Bureau Luhse &*** Tuhal.
The buildings will be built in two stages. The construction of the first building should be completed by spring 2007.
