Design and Build Contracting
An inclusive contract of services will be signed between Oma Ehitaja and the client. According to the contract, Oma Ehitaja will conduct the initial task and/or architectural draft and other works agreed, based on the process flow diagram The price of the works must be commensurate with the technical level and quality, and the works should be carried out within the time limits set for completion of the project. - Compiling the construction drawings and conducting construction works
- Conducting surveillance and quality inspection during the construction period
- Arranging inspections and conducting necessary measuring, testing and adjustment works necessary for opening and using the building. In case of a separate agreement with the client, applying for an authorization for use
- During the warranty period, eliminating and/or making good the construction faults under warranty
General Contracting

The project management fee will be agreed between the client and Oma Ehitaja as a percentage of the target price or as a full amount payment, depending on the duration of the design/construction period. Other design/construction works will be conducted based on the open accounts of the client.
