On 5th of November in VäikeMaarja Municipality signed-in design, construction and owner´s monitoring agreement for Väike-Maarja water resource project planning and FIDIC Inseneri services rendering contract.
The customer of works and services is OÜ Pandivere Vesi which belongs to Väike-Maarja local community.
Consortium in corpore AS Oma Ehitaja and AS Viimsi Keevitus begins to carry on design and construction works. In work capacity is to build-on a 2 sewage pumping stations and also 7,8 km water pipe line and 5,9 km sewer pipe way design, build and reconstruction in Väike-Maarja hamlet.
Consortium in corpore AS Taalri Varahaldus and SIA Firma L4 begins to render owner´s monitoring and FIDIC Inseneri services.
Design and geodetic research start´s up in the near future, construction works is planned on the beginning of the next year. According to the contract, all projects will be completed in the spring of 2011.
