On the 31st of January Oma Ehitaja and VWF Kinnisvara OÜ, doing business as famous brand Arctic Sport Club, signed a construction agreement to build a sports club in Tartu on Anne Street. The architecture of the new sports club is a creation of architect Hannes Tilk from Green Building Development architecture office. A swimming-pool, aerobics room, gym, spinning room and a yoga hall also with the necessary service and dressing-rooms are planned in the new club building. The buildings closed net area is ca 2650 m2 in all.
Construction works will begin immediately and the new sports club will be opened for visitors on October of 2008.
