On April 10th 2008, AS Oma Ehitaja and OÜ Noricus signed a design-build contract for a new department store in Audru, near Pärnu.
According to the contract AS Oma Ehitaja will design and construct a 2-storey department store near PärnuLihula highway with a net area of approximately 16 000 m?.
Designing the building will begin immediately. Constructional work is planned to begin in autumn 2008. According to the contract the department store should be ready for Christmas 2009.
