On Friday, 6th of November AS Oma Ehitaja has ceremonially build in a first brick for Rakvere´s Police Department and Rescue Office.
In Kreutzwaldi street 5a U-design building, with a net area of 5500m2 are planned necessary work rooms and also there will be for example rooms for pre-trial detention and for sobering down and a space for rescue and fire trucks. The construction project was designed by AS Amhold.
Following the words of Riigi Kinnisvara AS chairman of the board Jaak Saarniit, it was a first time, when the Government has looked for privat investor for build above object with his own charges and rent this after to Riigi Kinnisvara AS.
According to the contract, OÜ Superficarius will start the construction works on 24 July this Year.
