The cornerstone of the new 12-storey office building was set in Ülemiste City. The building located at Sepapaja 1 and named after famous Estonian chemist Viktor Palm will be ready in May 2020. The architectural design created by KOKO architects will be built by Oma Ehitaja AS.
The office building and car park will be linked by a gallery, with an entrance to the parking station from Suur-Sõjamäe Street. In addition to holding more than 540 cars, the car park will feature two areas for parking and securing bicycles. The southern side of the new office building will also feature a square with flagpoles, a fountain and places to sit.
