On the 9th of May, the newly renovated Kaubamajakas shopping centre was opened in Pärnu. The design works for the addition began at the beginning of 2006 and the facility was delivered on time at the beginning of May 2007. Kaubamajakas expanded 9 500m2 and got 150 new parking spaces. The biggest shopping centre in West of Estonia has 21 000m2 of space and parking spaces for 550 cars.
The expansion of the centre gave the investors a chance to enlarge the range of goods and bring in previously ***unknown brands.
