On the 1st December Oma Ehitaja turned over the new headquarters and office building located in Tallinn, Kadaka 42 to the client to move in. The new three-storey 3 645 square meter net area office building is environmentally friendly and a nearly zero-energy building with the energy class level A. In addition to the energy efficient technical solutions, solar panels and the use of rainwater in restrooms, passive sun protection methods have also been used during the planning of the building. The working environment designed for the building is friendly, comfortable and inspiring and its functionality and hard lines are inspired by the client. Since the building also houses the headquarters of Elering, special attention has been paid to security.
