31.03.2017 Oma Ehitaja AS and Projekt 554 OÜ. signed a planning and building employment contract for building a shopping centre located at Pärnu mnt. 554 in Tallinn between Pääsküla and Laagri. The area of the centre is 6,280 square meters including a 100-space car park on the underground floor of the building. The biggest commercial space – 2,626 square meters – will be used by Selver. In addition to Selver, the centre will have many other smaller rental spaces (restaurants, a pet shop, a pharmacy, eco products, etc.). The opening of the shopping centre has been planned to take place at the end of 2017.
