The alternative real estate foundation investing in commercial real estate EfTEN Real Estate Fund III and Oma Ehitaja AS carried out a transaction on the 19th May 2017, whereby EfTEN acquired the company Projekt 554 OÜ that develops a new shopping centre between Pääsküla and Laagri from Oma Ehitaja. The total area of the real estate of the company that was acquired with the transaction is 11 308 square meters and the area of the building under construction is 6 696 square meters, from which the rentable area covers 3 077 square meters. The anchor lessee of the centre is Selver AS with whom the lease was signed in September of 2016. Additionally, there will be a Subway sandwich cafe, a pharmacy, a flower shop, a pet shop and other smaller rent spaces. On the property, there will be adequate parking spaces ensured, of which 100 are located in the 2 800 square meter underground parking lot.
The building is designed and built by Oma Ehitaja AS. Construction works started in February and the centre will be opened in December this year.
