On February 3, 2021, AS Pro Kapital Grupp subsidiary OÜ Marsi Elu and Oma Ehitaja AS entered into an agreement for the construction of a residential complex consisting of three five-storey buildings in Kristiine City.
The construction of the Kindrali Houses will be carried out in two construction stages. With the first stage, two building complexes and parking facilities will be completed by the summer of 2022 at the latest.
The contemporary and Nordic architecture of Kindrali Houses will add lively downtown ambience to the Kristiine City’s garden-city atmosphere – here are tree-lined boulevard surrounding the houses, Brooklyn-like high first-floor homes or commercial premises that open directly onto the street and plenty of room to move. On the other hand, there is a private yet spacious courtyard between the houses with berry bushes, apple trees, cosy seating and play areas.
The architects of the Kindrali Houses are the Allianss Arhitektid and the interior architect is Galina Burnakova.
