On June 22, AS Saue EPT and AS Oma Ehitaja signed a contract for the construction of a commercial building in Tule Street, Saue. A representative single-storey commercial building with a net area of approximately 3,000 square meters, suitable for the area, has been designed by the architectural firm Zeta OÜ. One larger and four smaller rental premises have been designed for the building. Prisma Peremarket will operate in the building as an anchor tenant. The construction completion date is autumn 2022.
