Oma Ehitaja builds a new G4S headquarter

On 20^th of February AS Oma Ehitaja and Wilson Kinnisvara OÜ signed a general contract of office building construction in Tallinn, Paldiski Rd. 80.

Designed by OÜ Salto AB, 8 – storey building´s net area is 6805 m2, plus one floor underground parking lot with net area 1490 m2. Office buildings anchor tenant is Estonias biggest market size security company G4S, who will start using 7 floors in this building.

Construction works must be completed in February 2013.
