On the 14th December, the ceremonial opening of the shopping centre located in Pääsküla, Pärnu mnt. was held. 554. The owner of the shopping centre is EfTEN Real Estate. Fund III AS acquired the company developing the real estate Projekt 554 OÜ from Oma Ehitaja in June this year. With the whole area of 6 696 square meters from which there are 3 077 square meters of rental space, the anchor lessee is Selver AS. In addition to Selver, there will also be smaller rental spaces to fulfil the everyday needs of customers (Subway sandwich cafe, a pharmacy, flower shop, pet shop and other smaller rent spaces etc.). The important aspects of the centre are the public transportation proximity, convenient traffic scheme and sufficient amount of parking spaces from which 100 are located in the 2 800 square meter underground parking lot.
The construction work was started in February 2017 and the completed building was handed over to the client at the agreed upon deadline in November.
