Oma Ehitaja started the construction of new apartment buildings near the Nõmme center in Tallinn on the properties of Turu plats 2 / Vana Mustamäe 2. Instead of the gymnasium and workrooms of the former Police School, two 2-4-storey apartment buildings with height-varying volumes will be built, under which there is a parking floor. Commercial space open to the public will also be added to the building volume. The design of the acclaimed architect Indrek Suigussaar of the architectural firm Pluss is a cozy architectural solution that acts as a symbiosis of new and old.
Oma Ehitaja is also the developer of the townhouses to be built in one of the most valued residential areas of Tallinn. Most of the apartments have already found an owner by the beginning of construction. Residents can move to new homes by the summer of next year.
