Gert Jostov, the chairman of the management board of Technopolis \u00dclemiste AS, says that the Palm building, parking station and square represent the company\u2019s biggest project in recent years. \u201cWe\u2019ve put a lot into them,\u201d he said. \u201cThey also represent the first step in our next big stage of development. The building\u2019s just been certified LEED Platinum as well, which means it\u2019s as environmentally friendly as it can possibly be and that its management is really efficient.\u201d<\/p>\n
Designed by Koko architects and built by Oma Ehitaja AS, the new building has added 10,800 m2 of modern working space to \u00dclemiste City. Outside the building, Viktor Square comes with public seating and will be adorned in the new year with a fountain. The space will host a wide range of events.
