On the 9th of December a general construction contract was signed between Riigi Kinnisvara AS and Oma Ehitaja for the reconstruction of the buildings of the Government Office in Toompea on Rahukohtu Street.<\/p>\n
The buildings under heritage protection are located in Tallinn’s Old Town. During the reconstruction works, the interior solutions and technical systems will be rebuilt on the basis of the new spatial program. The historic exterior of the buildings will be preserved. After the completion of the work, the Government Office will have approximately 5,000 square meters of modernized office space available for use in the two buildings.<\/p>\n
Reconstruction work will begin at the end of this year and the completed buildings will be handed over to the customer in May 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
