The parking house is due for completion by the end of 2019 and the office building by spring 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Construction at Sepapaja 1 will substantially change the appearance of \u00dclemiste City. The office block and parking house will form the business park\u2019s \u201cgateway buildings\u201d, situated close to two of its key entrances: Suur-S\u00f5jam\u00e4e and L\u00f5\u00f5tsa streets. Together they will become an important landmark for anyone approaching \u00dclemiste City from the direction of Lasnam\u00e4e and city centre.<\/p>\n<p>The new 12-storey office building will have a rentable area of 10,800 m\u00b2. It will have a recognisably big-city appearance, marked out by its expansive, gradually sloping glass facade. At the heart of the building will be its high-ceilinged 1st floor, featuring a foyer and reception desks, and with space for catering and commercial premises. The southern side of the office building will also feature a square with flagpoles, a fountain and sitting spaces. With it the centre of \u00dclemiste City will shift even more towards this part of the campus.<\/p>\n<p>Office building and parking house will be linked by a gallery, with entrance to the parking station from Suur-S\u00f5jam\u00e4e Street.
