The owner of the shopping centre is EfTEN Real Estate. Fund III AS acquired the company developing the real estate Projekt 554 O\u00dc from Oma Ehitaja in June this year. With the whole area of 6 696 square meters from which there are 3 077 square meters of rental space, the anchor lessee is Selver AS. In addition to Selver, there will also be smaller rental spaces to fulfil the everyday needs of customers (Subway sandwich cafe, a pharmacy, flower shop, pet shop and other smaller rent spaces etc.).
