The total area of the real estate of the company that was acquired with the transaction is 11&nbsp;308 square meters and the area of the building under construction is 6 696 square meters, from which the rentable area covers 3 077 square meters. The anchor lessee of the centre is Selver AS with whom the lease was signed in September of 2016. Additionally, there will be a Subway sandwich cafe, a pharmacy, a flower shop, a pet shop and other smaller rent spaces. On the property, there will be adequate parking spaces ensured, of which 100 are located in the 2 800 square meter underground parking lot.<\/p>\n<p>The building is designed and built by Oma Ehitaja AS.
