On March 12, Riigi Kinnisvara AS and AS Oma Ehitaja signed a construction contract for P\u00f5hja Police Prefecture\u0092s new office building which will be built on the plot at Kolde pst 65.<\/p>\n
The office building will be constructed after the project made by AS Nord Poject. It will be a 3 storey modern office building with heightened security requirements with closed net area of 4050 m2<\/sup>. On the first floor will be rooms for citizen services, internees and for interrogations. A separate building part will be constructed for sports hall and dressing-rooms.<\/p>\n
On the second floor there will be departments for constables, criminalists and investigators, also archive repositories.\u00a0 On the third floor will be management offices, learning rooms and rooms for technical support.<\/p>\n
The construction starts in a few weeks and the building will be completed in the spring of 2009.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
