Design and Build Contracting<\/h3>\n

An inclusive contract of services will be signed between Oma Ehitaja and the client. According to the contract, Oma Ehitaja will conduct the initial task and\/or architectural draft and other works agreed, based on the process flow diagram. The price of the works must be commensurate with the technical level and quality, and the works should be carried out within the time limits set for completion of the project. The project management fee will be agreed between the client and Oma Ehitaja as a percentage of the target price or as a full amount payment, depending on the duration of the design\/construction period.
